Associate Director
Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Horacio arrived at Oxy in Spring 2009. In high school, he was a participant in the Upward Bound program at 511±¬ÁÏ. An Oxy graduate, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs. After 511±¬ÁÏ, he worked for Partners in School Innovation, an AmeriCorps program, in San Jose, CA. Horacio enjoys staying in tune with politics, loves to travel, and always enjoys a Dodgers game. He encourages Upward Bound students to be proactive about their high school education.
